About Us

Morgan 6, LLC is SBA certified as a HUBZone and Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business based in Charleston, SC. We focus on National Security Solutions, Cybersecurity, IT Service Management, Health IT, Digital Transformation, Software Engineering, and Cloud Architecture. Morgan 6 designed our agile methodologies and processes to increase our speed-to-capability and the security of our software and managed systems allowing us to provide responsive, low cost, low risk solutions for our customers. Morgan 6 has a Top Secret Facility Clearance, is ISO 9001:2015 certified and employs a DCAA approved accounting system. Morgan 6’s experienced management team is comprised of leaders in their respective fields with certifications including Project Management Institute (PMI)-certified Project Management Professionals (PMP®) and Certified Scrum Masters.

Our Story

Our name is derived from the Revolutionary War heroes known as Morgan’s Riflemen who used the then-cutting-edge technology of long rifles to overcome challenges they faced on the battlefield. The number 6 in our name is typically used to designate the commander of a military unit in radio communications. The name Morgan 6 pays homage to our military heritage and symbolizes our commitment to providing state-of-the-art technology and management services in support of Warriors today.

Morgan 6, or M6 as it is known, was founded in 2012 to meet the Federal Government’s rapidly evolving IT and enterprise software development needs, by a former U.S. Army Officer who used the call-sign “Morgan 6” while commanding troops in Afghanistan.

As early adopters of SAFe and DevSecOps methodologies, M6’s Warriors (the title each team member earns) pride themselves on delivering the highest quality products and support to our clients, around the clock and around the globe. In 2017, we expanded our focus to include dynamic capabilities in Cyber Security, Cloud Architecture, and training operations where we have served the Department of Defense, including the Army, Navy, Marine Corps, Air Force and Defense Intelligence Agency as well as the Departments of Veteran Affairs and Health and Human Services (CMMS). In 2021, we expanded to answer U.S. Special Operations Forces (SOF) and Intelligence Community (IC) requirements through an in-depth and experienced understanding of the complex and creative challenges that exist with those elite organizations, forming M6-NSS (National Security Solutions).

M6 continues to grow and lead within the Federal Service industry, while focusing on developing a culture of excellence, personal development and fun within the organization. We are Warriors first, and we serve Warriors, past, present and future!
